Terms of use

Who these terms are for
These terms apply to anyone who reads this site or uses its tools or assistant. By using the site you agree to them. The site is for adults in Canada. Nothing is sold here.
Reading the library
The library is free to read. Each page quotes its primary sources and shows the day it was last checked. Laws and notices change; the source named on each page is the text that counts. You may quote a page with a link back to it.
No advice
Nothing here is medical or legal advice. Pages report what published research and the law say, in their own words, with the source linked. They do not tell you what to take, how much, or whether to take anything at all: that is a decision for you and your doctor or pharmacist. For a legal question, speak to a lawyer.
The tools
The solution calculator does arithmetic only. The stack calendar records what you enter and works out the next date from the rhythm you chose; it is a diary, not a recommendation. Its presets show amounts that named published trials used, with the source linked; they are not advice for you. Everything you enter in the calendar stays in your own browser and is never sent to us. Check every result yourself before you rely on it.
The assistant
The assistant answers only from the pages of this library and names the page it drew from. If a page does not cover your question, it says so. It does not give medical or legal advice, and it does not tell anyone what to take.
Sponsorship and advertising
The site is free and is paid for by sponsorship and advertising. Every sponsored page and every advertisement is labelled as such. No sponsor or advertiser decides what a page says, which sources it quotes, or what a tool shows.
Corrections
If you find an error, tell us. Corrections are made on the page with the date.
Limitation of liability
The site and its tools are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on a page, a tool result or an assistant answer, or from anything you decide to take. Nothing in these terms takes away a right the law gives you that cannot be taken away.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Ontario.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.
